Four Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course

Join a four week mindfulness course for Indigo U3A at Yackandandah Community Centre on Mondays April 22nd, 29th, May 6th & 13th. 2.00pm-3.30pm. A four-week mindfulness course provides a deep dive into this powerful practice. Participants can expect to gain stress management tools, improved focus, and self-awareness. They will learn various techniques, fostering resilience and enhanced well-being, empowering them to integrate mindfulness into daily life effectively.
